Dentsu Y&R (Japan)


Although it remains one of the longest-lasting Japanese-American advertising joint ventures, Dentsu Young & Rubicam's wider Asian network was more or less dismantled in 2004 in the wake of the purchase of Y&R by WPP and Dentsu's alignment with Publicis. The last remaining office of DY&R is in Tokyo. It continues to represent Young & Rubicam's interests in Japan, but is in fact majority controlled by Dentsu
