

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to your access and use of
all material on the Adbrands site. You are responsible for
bringing these terms and conditions to the attention of anyone who may
access the material on your behalf or using your logon information.
Subscriptions
Access to Adbrands Company Profiles, as well as to the Account Assignments database, is restricted
to paid subscribers. Adbrands currently offers two forms of subscription.
The term of an Annual Subscription is 12 months. The term of a One Month
Subscription is one month. All subscriptions are non-recurring, and will expire at
the end of their agreed term, subject to your specific decision to renew.
Cancellation of Annual Subscriptions
An Annual Subscription
may be cancelled at any point during the
first 30 days of the subscription term. In this case the subscription
fee will be refunded in full. Please note that full refunds can only be made to a
credit card. Charges and refunds will be made by us in Pounds Sterling,
and the amount charged or debited to accounts held in other currencies may
vary according to exchange rate fluctuations and your card company's
exchange rate policies. We are not liable for any discrepancies caused by
rate fluctuations. Any other form of refund (ie by cash, bank transfer or
cheque/check)
will be made net of any banking charges incurred in the refund process.
Limitations to Cancellation Policy
Annual Subscriptions may not be cancelled after the initial
30 days of the subscription term has expired and no fees will be
refunded. This cancellation policy does not apply
to One Month Subscriptions, which may not be cancelled before their
natural expiry date of 30 days. We are unable to reimburse any fees on
these short-term subscriptions.
Copyright
The material on the Site including, but not limited to the
text, photos and graphics reproduced on it are protected by copyright,
other intellectual property rights and all analogous rights. The Site is owned by
Mind Advertising Ltd and neither the whole nor any part of it may be reproduced other
than by downloading and viewing on a single CPU, and/or printing a single
hard copy, for private or internal business use only. It is not to be
otherwise reproduced, transmitted, or made available on a network, without
the prior written permission of Mind Advertising. All other rights are
reserved. In order to protect these rights, our server will automatically
suspend logons which are used to download excessive number of pages during
any 24 hour period.
The trade marks, logos and service marks shown on the
Site, unless otherwise specified are the trade marks of Mind Advertising. No
rights are granted to use any of them without the written permission of Mind Advertising.
Mind Advertising
may at any time modify these terms and
conditions. Any modifications will become effective on either the posting
of the modified terms and conditions on the Site or notification to you.
Liability
Mind Advertising has used reasonable care and skill in
compiling the content of the Site but neither it nor any third-party
content provider makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature
or accuracy of any material on the Site. Mind Advertising cannot accept liability (including
liability for any indirect loss or loss of profits or turnover) for any
particular material or the result of any use made of it.
Mind Advertising cannot accept any responsibility or
liability for access to, or the material on, any site which is linked from
or to the Site.
