Stella Artois
is the flagship beer brand in the portfolio of global giant InBev. Although no
longer the company's biggest beer by volumes, it is generally regarded as InBev's
most important product and has been the vanguard for expansion into new
international markets. Stella's "reassuringly expensive" brand
identity was indelibly established in the 1990s by a long-running and multiple award-winning
campaign by Lowe London. However, Lowe resigned the account in 2008 after part
