Bernard Hodes Group, a division of Omnicom, is the world's biggest agency specialising in recruitment advertising. The agency claims to have more or less invented what we now understand to be recruitment advertising, upgrading the medium from old-style "help wanted" ads to more sophisticated multi-layered marketing. This ranges from display classified advertising in print (first introduced by the agency in the 1970s) to online, exhibition promotions, brochures and general corporate branding.
