L'Oreal estimated total sales of the global beauty market at E203bn in 2015, up almost 4% year-on-year at constant exchange rates. Skincare accounted for 36% of sales (E73bn), haircare for 23% (E47bn), make-up for 17% (E35bn), fragrances for 12% (E24bn) and toiletries & deodorants for 10% (E20bn). The group estimated that 36% of sales were generated in the Asia Pacific region, 24% in North America, 20% in Western Europe, 11% in Latin America, 6% in Eastern Europe, and 3% in the Middle East & Africa.
