In Nielsen rankings for 2016, published in Campaign, Home became the UK's biggest regional marketing agency for the first time, with billings of almost £58m. It remained inside the Top 30 national ranking in 2017 though billings had slipped to £49m. The main agency in Leeds is supported by satellites in London and Edinburgh, as well as an office in Gibraltar to service several gambling and financial services clients headquartered there. The group also has more specialised units offering digital development, brand and packaging design, field marketing and specialised healthcare communications. It has continued to expand through selective acquisitions. During 2018 it added First 10 Digital and branding consultancy Fusion Learning, also both in Leeds. The business was founded by former accountant turned marketer Dave Sewards, who spent more than a decade working in Leeds-based agencies before launching his own company in 2001. He is now chairman and controlling shareholder of a diverse group of marketing services companies with combined revenues for 2017 in excess of £27m.
