Grey Healthcare Group or GHG was until recently the specialist professional healthcare marketing arm of Grey Group. It claims 42 offices in 21 countries, and operates as a group of interlinked but separately branded companies clustered around core US agency. In 2017, reporting responsibility for this and other healthcare agencies within WPP was transferred to a newly created centralised Health & Wellness division.

Adbrands Weekly Update 17th Aug 2017: Lyn O'Connor Vos, longtime CEO of WPP's GHG healthcare marketing agency, is to step down after more than two decades in that role. Her departure follows the realignment of WPP's various healthcare agencies under a newly created centralised umbrella. Previously, GHG had been a satellite of Grey Group, under the name Grey Healthcare Group. O'Connor Vos said the recent restructuring did not have an impact on her decision to leave the network. Following her departure, chief client officer Erin Byrne was promoted to CEO, Americas.
