Publicis Hawkeye (US)
Hawkeye was until recently a privately owned marketing services agency specialising in promotions, database marketing and CRM. The current business was formed from the merger of several separate below-the-line agencies acquired by group founder Steve Dapper between 2000 and 2002. It was acquired in 2014 by Publicis Worldwide, becoming part of the Publicis USA group under the new name Publicis Hawkeye.

Adbrands Weekly Update 13th Mar 2014: You'd think Maurice Levy had enough on his plate with the impending merger of Publicis Groupe and Omnicom. Yet it has in no way reined in his spending on additional agencies. This week, the group announced the acquisition of Dallas-based promotional and database marketing group Hawkeye for an undisclosed sum. It joins the Publicis Worldwide network, under the name Publicis Hawkeye, aligned with Publicis Dallas. Susan Gianinno, Publicis North America chairman, said, "Our business is being transformed by data and the insights it can inspire, as well as by new core competencies. We will be enriched by what Hawkeye brings to our business solutions and our creative power." Hawkeye's founder Steve Dapper - a former CEO of both Wunderman and Rapp - remains chairman of Hawkeye, while Publicis Dallas CEO Sally Kennedy becomes CEO of both agencies.
