The Integer Group is a key member of Omnicom's extensive portfolio of below-the-line marketing services shops, aligned primarily with Omnicom's TBWA network. In the early 2010s it absorbed several of the international outposts of that agency's Tequila Worldwide network. The agency specialises in retail, promotional and field marketing, or as the company now describes it, commerce marketing, both on- and off-line. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Integer also has several other US offices including Dallas (in the same building as stablemates Marketing Arm and Tracy Locke, among others), Des Moines, Chicago and New York as well as network of regional field offices. There is also a broad international presence, with a total of 21 offices in 14 countries, most of them originally established to serve key client P&G. Ellen Cook succeeded Mike Sweeney as CEO in 2020. Dani Coplen is executive creative director. Advertising Age estimated revenues of $135m for 2020, mostly in the US. Integer was founded in 1993 by Ron Askew and two colleagues, all formerly marketing executives from PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division. The company's first major client was US brewing giant Coors, which initially funded the venture. Mid-decade, Coors sold out of the business (although it remained one of the agency's biggest clients in the US until 2017) and Integer was subsequently acquired by Omnicom.
