IW Group - formerly Imada Wong - is one of the leading multicultural agencies in the US specialising in the Asian-American market. It has a presence in New York and San Francisco in addition to its Los Angeles HQ. Co-founder Bill Imada remains chairman & chief collaboration officer, with Nita Song as president. Originally established in 1990, Imada Wong sold a 49% shareholding to former FCB parent True North in 2000; that stake was later inherited by, and is still owned by, Interpublic.
