TMP Worldwide is the world's biggest recruitment marketing and employer branding agency, offering planning and creative services for classified advertising, trade fair and road show planning, and corporate consultancy. A key tool is the company's proprietary software platform TalentBrew. The business was formed during the 1990s from the acquisition by what is now Monster Worldwide of a series of different specialist agencies including Telephone Marketing Programs, originally founded in the late 1960s. The combined TMP business was spun off by Monster in 2005 to management, backed by investment fund Veronis Suhler Stevenson. The business is heavily biased towards the US market, where it operates a network of 14 regional offices. However, there are also TMP-branded offices in seven other countries, and affiliate relationships with agencies in 16 more markets. Michelle Abbey, a TMP 30-year lifer, has been global president & CEO since 2006.
